Ron Heineman is a unique mix of clinical counseling and business entrepreneurialism. He holds a Masters in Pastoral Counseling, is a licensed counselor and consults with churches, businesses and non-profits in conflict management, board governance, pastoral/staff coaching and counseling. Ron serves as the Executive Director of Professional Pastoral Counseling Institute. He also is a partner in Carebourn Capital and Queen City Angels Venture Funds overseeing a wide variety of investments. Ron has assisted numbers of companies facing turnaround situations. He holds both Bachelors and Masters degrees and served as an Adjunct Professor at Cedarville University where he assisted the College of Business in the development of a minor in entrepreneurship and taught several courses. Ron is currently launching and leading the new Center for Entrepreneurship at Cincinnati Christian University which includes social entrepreneurialism and a boot camp for startup ventures. He has been married to Barbara for thirty-seven years and they have two grown children.
